Thanks to covid-19 people are looking for a healthy option helping the human microbiota for a better immune system response! The regional markets are re-emerging in agave for saps ("maguey pulquero" local Spanish term).
Changing the beverages
Mexicans have increased during the last 30 years the obesity and diabetes health problems. Those are bad points at the pandemic situation. The immune system studies and healthy food options are crucial for covid-19. Today, in Mexico the new official rules could benefit children health preventing obesity, diabetes and other health risks. New laws (etiquetado) have been gained place after the covid-19 lock down preventing a high sugar beverages intake. The educational system in Mexico has a proposal for all levels named "education for health class" it starts next scholar cycle 2020-2021.
